3. 1st Section is staffed by 1 registered nurse acting concurrently as section chief (in charge of general management of the section), 5 professional nurse ,7 registered nursesand .
4. 2nd Section is staffed by 1 technical specialist acting concurrently as section chief (in charge of general management of the section) , 2 public health inspector, 2 technical specialists and 1 junior technical specialist.
5. General Affairs Room is staffed by 1 section member, 1 clerk and 2 workers.
